He founded Eco Detection in 2017 and has over 25 years of experience in product development, and commercialisation strategy and delivery.

Daniel is a dynamic leader with a passion for innovation, partnerships and developing sustainable water solutions, and is highly regarded in the water industry, recognised on the King’s Birthday Honours List as a Member of the Order of Australia in 2025.

Recognised as an industry thought leader, Daniel’s contribution to innovation, sustainability and the water sector has been profound. He has worked in over 25 countries and delivered leading first-of-a-kind solutions for recycled water, water resilience and desalination projects. 

Charles brings a wealth of knowledge as a seasoned technologist within the mining and mineral exploration sector. His deep expertise spans both software and hardware solutions across the mining value chain.

Charles has held senior General Manager and commercial leadership roles at industry leaders including Imdex and Sandvik, where he played a key role in the development and commercialisation of cutting-edge technologies that drive efficiency and innovation across the entire mining value chain.

Mandie is an experienced corporate executive and company secretary.

She has over 15 years of experience in technology commercialisation and stakeholder management.

Ryan is a qualified Chartered Accountant – CA(SA) – having completed his articles in BDO’s mining division in London. Following this, he transitioned from audit into corporate finance, joining Cutfield Freeman & Co, a boutique financial advisory firm specialising in the mining sector. There, he gained broad experience across debt advisory, project finance, M&A, and financial strategy.

Ryan now leads Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Capital Limited, where he plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic growth and stakeholder engagement.
